Why should you hire me? I work with a mix of buyers and sellers and I spend a considerable amount of time with them explaining the process. I listen to my clients and make sure that I understand their needs versus their wants. By doing that I can make the process expedient for them with the goal of either selling their home quickly and for top dollar or helping them buy the home that fits their needs and budget. What I offer is unique by the fact that I can utilize technology and social media to assist me with my clients. I can prove and quantify the benefits of using my services by transactions that close in a timely manner and to the client's expectations. I trust that the client would prefer my services over others by the fact that I do spend time having a buyer's counseling session as well as a listing presentation.
